I have tried to contact this company via phone/e-mail after they failed to turn up on time and insulted the homeowner where the collection took place by swearing at her and then storming off without the item which I had booked them for. The lady that was insulted was horrified and felt threatened (she was alone in the house). I was/am disgusted but as mentioned, no one has returned my messages.... please do not use, I read their feedback and thought they sounded first class, I now know better! Time and money waisted!
